Use of the Site

You may browse the Site, read our content, and contact us about our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at disruptive volumes, introducing malicious code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, everything on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, case studies, and code — belongs to Digital TEN X or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Client names and work shown in our portfolio are displayed with the relevant client’s consent; their trademarks remain their property.

Service engagements

Information on the Site describes our services generally and is not a binding offer. Client work is governed by the individual proposal, statement of work, or service agreement signed for that engagement — including scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Enquiries and bookings

When you submit the contact or booking form, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship; that begins only when an engagement is agreed in writing.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or platform documentation). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the Site secure and online, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Results described in case studies reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital TEN X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising from client engagements is addressed in the relevant signed agreement, not these Site terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
